Every spring our cottonwood trees bear these tassels.  Usually the wind takes them down before I get around to taking a photo.  In another couple of weeks the regular leaves will start appearing.

I hope.

And in DC, NewMexiKen is taking photos of cherry blossoms..

We didn’t get any of the forecast snow, but we did have nearly 24 hours of ice fog.
