• First yoga practice this morning since my surgery. I took it easy and it felt great. #
• Damn moth just flew into my coffee. Had to make another cup. #
• Drinking my coffee in the dark to protect it from @MillerMoths. #
• Since it is 45F and damp I doubt Jack is having a wonderful time playing golf. #
