Today we had installed a new double oven to replace the approximately 22 year old single oven that was no longer maintaining an even temperature. (And yes, we do have a lot of appliances.)
How nice. Each Thanksgiving we set up two additional roasters in addition to using our SINGLE oven. Each year we blow electrical circuits as a result. Fortunately, living in So Cal, the weather cooperated this year. We had one roaster outside the back of the garage, and another on the patio. Once a year I wish we had remodeled to accommodate a double oven. Enjoy!
