The dogs and I got home this afternoon about 1:00 pm. \u00a0I took this photo a few minutes later. \u00a0Although it is interesting to sit on your porch and watch the helicopters drop water on the hot spots, I could have lived without the experience.<\/p>\n

The car stays packed and the horses are at D’s until we get the all clear. This morning I learned that the truck’s crankiness was caused by mice nesting near the air filter. \u00a0With a new air filter, new fuel filter, and oil change the old workhorse is almost feeling peppy.<\/p>\n
