    I went there once, Elaine. I guess your weather is really spectacular now, yes?

    It has been a bit on the rainy side, but otherwise very nice. And we can use the rain, even though the snow pack in the mountains is being reported as better than average for the first time in four years. Last time this year, the snow pack was %50 of the normal average.
